FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: difference in pressure is measured, and density and drops of pressure for friction are calculated by algebraic summing pressures in successively vertical descending and rising sections (1, 2) of channel in form of pipe. Viscosity and volume consumption of both total flow and its components, and their weight consumptions together with density are determined by additionally measuring velocity of flow with a velocity pickup. Parametres of temperature and pressure are measured by means of sensors (8, 17). Pressure of flow is forcefully changed and parametres of the latest flow in this state are recorded. Volume and weight consumption of a gas phase is determined by comparing parametres of flow in different states. Difference of pressure is measured by means of differential pressure gauges (11, 12) connected to flow via dividing membranes with sections of intermediate liquid isolated from flow. In particular cases the device for realisation of this procedure can be equipped with sub-adapters in form of a confusor-diffuser and also with a flow equaliser consisting of a straight section of the channel, a grid, a throttling washer or stream rectifier.

EFFECT: extended functionality, increased reliability and accuracy of measurements.
