FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: offered group of the inventions relates to devices for measurement of flow rate of the multiphase fluid mix containing at least one gas phase and one liquid phase. The offered flowmeter contains a pipe section and measuring section, through which the mix enters. The flowmeter also contains the fraction measuring device adapted for estimation of representative fraction of gas phase and/or liquid phase of the mix passing at the level of measuring section. Besides, the flowmeter should have at least one ultrasonic sensor installed for estimation of parameters, such as fluid film thickness or its speed, part of the liquid phase entering as a fluid film along the wall of the pipe section. The characteristics is preferentially used for correction of the rated representative fraction of the gas phase and/or liquid phase, when the gas phase passes the kernel of the pipe section, the part of the liquid phase partially passes as a fluid film of along the wall of the pipe section, and another part of the liquid phase partially passes as fluid drips through the kernel of the pipe section. The named flowmeter implements the relevant flow rate measurement method.

EFFECT: offered group of the inventions allows to spot the flow rate of a two-phase mix without partitioning a flow into separate phases.
