FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises three current sensors, commutator, frequency filter, current to voltage converter, microcontroller, unit of indication, unit to select modes of operation and control, voltage transformer, unit to convert sinusoid signal into rectangular one, counter of pulses, unit to control electric motor, switch, besides, it is equipped with sensor of ambient temperature, motor frame temperature sensor, sensor of atmospheric pressure, unit of thermal model, comprising microcontroller and inbuilt program, which realises functions of thermal model of asynchronous motor.
EFFECT: improved reliability and selectivity of protection actuation in case separate parts or a motor as a whole overheat, detailed modelling of processes inside electric machine and expansion of opportunities for tuning of parametres of thermal model of asynchronous motor.
