FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, ophthalmology and can be used for objective estimation of eye state in post-operational period. Before and after operation, after drug impact region of eyes is thermovisually re-measured with continuous determination of difference of average temperatures of cornea in healthy and affected eye in process of performing test with lifting and lowering eyelids. Test includes measurement of initial level of cornea temperature for not less than 30 s; temperature of closed eyelids - 70-90 s and further measurement of cornea temperature in state of eyelid lifting for not less than 60 s. If after operation difference of average temperatures of cornea region of operated and unoperated eye from session to session of measurements decreases, carried out drug treatment is efficient. In opposite case, correction of drug impact in course of post-operational monitoring of patient is necessary.

EFFECT: method ensures comparative control of eyeball state in case of various eye diseases before operation and in post-operational period, increase of objectivity of process of diagnostics of post-operational eyeball inflammation at early stage.
