SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Transport trolley for operation table surface for patient placement contains carrier (10), two installed on it supports (58), each of which has on its upper end place (60) of joint for connection with additional place of joint on the surface for patient placement, and lifting device (48) for regulation in height places (60) of joint with respect to carrier (10). Supports (58) are installed on turning frame (34), located on carrier with possibility of turning around horizontal axis (42) and regulation by means of lifting device (48). Supports (58) are connected each with turning frame (34) by hinge (62), which has parallel to rotation axis (42) axis (64) of hinge. Supports (58) are made with possibility of their movement at some distance on vertical line from hinge (62) by means of roller (68), which has parallel to rotation axis, axis (69) of roller, on rigidly connected with carrier guide (70) in such a way that passing through axis (64) of hinge and axis (68) of roller perpendicular to them line (70) in case of turning frame (34) movement remains vertical.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to regulate height of the surface for patient placement with minimal friction.
