FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental protection and may be used for sanation of soils containing toxic wastes at locations of chemical weapons destruction. Proposed method comprises applying three-layer reclamative coat of 20 cm-thick soil layer accompanied by grassland establishment performed by sowing rootstock perennial grasses of brome grass and wheat grass. Seeds weight ratio makes 1:1. Seeding rate makes 20 kg/hec. Side is processed by equivalent amount of modified amino-acid composition taken in amount of not over 0.1 t per 100 m2 or processed area. Note here that total content of heavy metals and arsenic does no exceed 10000 mg/kg. pH of water extract from soil makes at least 8. Amino-acid factor makes at least 2. Site is covered by 5 cm-thick layer of zeolite-containing rock, 10 cm-thick layer of carbonate clay, and mix of soil with water-absorbing acryl amide polymer AK-639, grade B-415K, in weight ratio of 150:1.
EFFECT: reclamation of soils heavily contaminated by heavy metals and arsenic.
