FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway equipment, namely, to railroad ACS and telemetry hardware and be used for traffic control. AC signal is fed into track circuit at its one end signal variation at complex input resistances at said ends of track circuit with capacitive component is recorded. Reference voltage is registered at train approach and occupied previous track section and reaching maximum current voltage. At train leaving and occupied previous track section and reaching maximum current voltage, threshold voltage of occupation is defined by multiplying threshold voltage by voltage reduction factor (Kvr=0.3) while threshold voltage of clearing is defined by multiplying threshold voltage of clearing by clearing safety factor (Kcs=1.2). Current voltage is compared with threshold voltages to fix occupancy and clearing of track line. With track line occupied for a long period, at intensive atmospheric precipitation and notably reduction in insulance reduction, occupancy and clearing of advance track circuit are fixed to compare current voltage of adjacent track lines and, if they are equal (difference not exceeding 25%) track line clearing is recorded.
EFFECT: higher reliability of track state control.
