FIELD: railway transport; signaling and communication; internal control of traffic.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method is based on comparing current voltage at input of track receiver and threshold values determined by reference voltage. Reference voltage is corrected voltage at input of receiver entered in memory before train getting on rail line and after releasing rail line. If rail line is considered occupied in case of heavy precipitation or cut of cars on rail line, additional checking of actual state of rail line after passing of following train is carried out. Proposed method makes it possible to increase reliability of checking and provide checking of state of track sections at reduction of insulation resistance below 0.06 Ohm-km.
EFFECT: improved safety of traffic.
