SUBSTANCE: described is a plasmid vector pE-Lc-LTP for protein Lc-LTP expression in Escherichia coli cells, containing a gene of the hybrid polypeptide Trx-Lc-LTP including the amino acid sequence Lc-LTP, a sequence of the protein thioredoxin and an affine mark. Presented is a producer strain of said hybrid polypeptide based on the E.coli bacteria strain. Offered is a method for producing the end protein Lc-LTP by expression of the hybrid polypeptide Trx-Lc-LTP containing it in the cells of said strain, cell destruction, affine purification of the hybrid polypeptide Trx-Lc-LTP on a metalchelate carrier, hybrid protein breakdown in a site located between the sequences Lc-LTP and thioredoxin, and purification of the end protein Lc-LTP by reverse phase HPLC. The invention can find application both in agriculture as factors improving plant resistance to infections, and in medical practice for food allergy diagnostics and treatment.
