FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to recombinant production of therapeutic proteins and can be used to produce active fragment (1-34) of endogenous human parathyroid hormone. Recombinant plasmid DNA pTrx-TEVrs-PTH, which provides synthesis of a hybrid protein containing a sequence of thioredoxin and teriparatide in Escherichia coli cells, is constructed. By transforming strain E.coli BL 21(DE3) with plasmid pTrx-TEVrs-PTH, a producer strain of Trx-TEVrs-PTH hybrid protein is obtained. A method for producing recombinant teriparatide providing for production and cultivation of a producer of a hybrid protein containing teriparatide with subsequent extraction and splitting of said hybrid protein.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain recombinant teriparatide with high output and simplified technology.
