FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely, to methods for crops harvesting. Method includes filling a hose of synthetic film with ground dried grass mixture, compaction of loaded mass in process of filling, sealing of the filled hose and pumping of air from it by means of a vacuum pump through a corrugate polyethylene pipe with perforation installed into the hose during loading. Volume of air pumping is determined by the phase condition of the grass mixture. As a result of difference between the atmospheric and residual pressure in the holes, after air pumping the mass is additionally compacted, air content in it is reduced, and anaerobic medium is created that prevents development of mould fungi.

EFFECT: reduced losses of fodder and increasing its nutritive value.
