FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for recovery of pits in housings of "НШ" or "НШ-У" pumps. Housing well is machined to remove traces of wear. Aluminium alloy "АК9ч" heated to 725…735°C is poured into housing. Punch shaped to housing inner surface is used to stamp fluid alloy for 70…80 s at 140 MPa. Punch motion speed makes 0.2-0.3 m/s. After stamping, wells are bored to preset sizes and surface hardened by micro arc oxidising in alkaline electrolyte.
EFFECT: increased thickness, higher micro hardness and wear resistance.
