FIELD: processing of alumosilicon raw materials for production of granulated materials. SUBSTANCE: alumosilicon raw material is loaded into mixer-granulator, is mixed with addition of binding component, is granulated in mixer-granulator where plate- shaped cup rotating with constant speed and rotor agitator which speed changes depending on granulation degree are located. Raw granules are unloaded, dried, burnt and cooled to room temperature. Granules are dried at 110-320 C in the course of 20- 60 min and are burnt at temperature of 1300-1550 C with rate of temperature rise of 16-25 C per minute and holding at burning temperature for 35-120 min. Cooling rate of granules from burning temperature to 500 C amounts to 20-40 C per minute with subsequent natural cooling to room temperature.
