FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing multiplayer article that forms axially symmetric body. Multilayer article comprises, at least, substrate with diametre D jointed with lateral wall with mean thickness E and height H. Proposed method comprises loading co-extruded multilayer portion into injection mould and moulding the charge to produce required article. Note here that said charge produces axially symmetric body (body of revolution) about its axis of symmetry. Said charge comprises several radial superimposed layers that include, at least, one functional layer. OD of said charge equal diametre D. Moulding direction is parallel with charge axis of symmetry, compaction being performed over charge surface. Proposed method differs from known methods in that charge compaction is carried out on only part of charge surface.
EFFECT: perfected method and device, higher quality of final products.
