FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: portion of material has axis of symmetry and contains the first synthetic polymer and at least one thin functional layer of synthetic polymer. Functional layer creates external shell of revolution solid formed around axis of symmetry. Revolution solid has two edges installed in direction parallel to axis of symmetry. Portion of material is characterised by the fact that functional layer is surrounded by the first synthetic polymer completely or so that only one of edges is submerged into the first polymer. Invention is also related to methods for production of material portions.

EFFECT: reduced amount of used functional polymer, adjustment of functional layer thickness, possibility to apply layer of adhesive, increased adhesion between layers and improved strength of product, reduced cost of product.
