SUBSTANCE: multi-layer construction made from synthetic polymer is restricted by upper surface, side surfaces and lower surface the area of which is almost the same as the area of upper surface. Construction contains the first layer comprising upper, lower and side surfaces, and the second layer located between upper, lower and side surfaces, the area of which is at least equal to area of upper and lower surfaces. The second layer forms at least one zigzag-shaped double fold. There provided is manufacturing method of multi-layer construction and device for manufacturing thereof.
