FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed valve comprises body with inlet and outlet, seat with opening and sealing surface for interaction with locking element with sealing surface arranged to shut off said opening at working fluid pressure drop and articulated with main sensitive element and pressure device. Said locking element is made up of vane displacing perpendicular to seat axis and parallel with seat sealing surface. Surface arranged opposite and parallel with vane sealing surface stays in contact with several solids of revolution to transmit force toward vane from extra pressure device arranged parallel or aligned with seat opening axis. Seat opening represents one or several slitted holes arranged in parallel. Vane has one or several slitted holes. Smaller sides of all slitted holes are arranged in parallel while larger ones stay perpendicular to axes of stem and main pressure element. Joints between stem and vane and between vane and body guides have clearances to receive vane sealing surface over seat sealing surface to ensure tightness. Body incorporates vane top and bottom position retainers. Vane and seat sealing surfaces are made of ceramics or cermet.Invention covers design version of above described valve.
EFFECT: improved operating properties, higher tightness, and longer life.
