FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of dentistry and represents complex of amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) stabilised by phosphopeptide or amorphous calcium fluoride (ACFP) suitable for remineralisation of tooth surface, where complex is produced when pH is in the range from 5.0 to less than 7.0, in which ACP or ACFP in complexes have bound and free calcium, besides content of bound calcium is less than calcium content in complexes formed at pH of 7.0.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce complexes that demonstrate anticarious properties that protect tooth structures, since they remineralise early stages of dental carious, and also prevention of erosion/corrosion formation and prevention of development of higher dentine sensitivity.
