SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for restoration of ceramic coating of cermet dental bridges. Selected is material, which is similar in colour to restored prosthesis coating. Split surface borders are determined. Preparation of split surface is realised: it is processed with boron, etched with acid, on the etched surface protective coating is applied. In case of split to metal takes place, prepared surface is covered with masking agent. Teeth line impression is taken for manufacturing work gypsum models. Form is made from ceramics, corresponding to restored split surface, which is checked before manufacturing in oral cavity for colour matching to the colour of restored prosthesis. Before form installation carried out is retraction of gum, gum border is covered with protective gel, ceramic surface is etched by hydrofluoric acid and products of etching are removed from surface by means of orthophosphoric acid. Adhesive is applied on restored surface and on internal form surface and produced form is fixed on prepared surface. For acceleration of form fixation it is X-rayed from all sides during 40 seconds.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to restore split on ceramic surface of cermet dental bridges with high accuracy with high mechanical durability of restored coating and durative preservation of colour and aesthetics.
