FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to application of coats from thermoplastic materials on inner surface of metal pipes, and may be used in chemical, oil and gas industries. Proposed device consists of frame and extruder with universal head arranged thereon and consisting of thermoplastic material feed channel, distributing head and nozzle that form coat surface. Thermoplastic material feed channel is made up of rod with axial bore for thermoplastic material heated to thick-flowing state to flow through, and, at least, two electric heaters fitted in grooves made along rod generatrix at equal space. Distributing head has identical bore changing into, at least, four channels to heated thermoplastic material to be fed to space to be filled therewith. Simultaneously, distributing head centers the nozzle to produce equal-thickness coat. Said nozzle is jointed with distributing head by thread joint to allow its removal and cleaning, and represents metal cylinder wherein coolant if fed via hose and union. Nozzle face, opposite the distributing head, has, at least four holes to spray coolant over coat surface. Nozzle outer surface is machine to, at least, 7th class to produce coat smooth outer surface.
EFFECT: simultaneous coat application and cooling, uniform surface structure and reliable adhesion to metal pipe surface.
