FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: for combustion there are used two types of combustible gaseous mixtures and filtration of each type of gaseous mixture is performed through inert porous medium in one direction; at that, compound, filtration speed and concentration of combustible component of each type of gaseous mixture is chosen so that opposite movement of constant burning wave in gaseous mixture of the first type can be provided in relation to filtration and concurrent movement of constant burning wave in gaseous mixture of the second type relative to filtration. Periodicity of filtration of combustible mixtures is set as per position of constant burning wave in the appropriate coordinates, or as per the chosen time interval of movement of constant burning wave in the appropriate coordinates, or by means of thermocouple method. Use of two types of combustible gaseous mixtures allows changing the direction of constant burning wave without changing filtration direction of combustible mixtures and combustion products.

EFFECT: one and the same direction of combustion products excludes their influence on valve switching system of supply of gaseous mixtures and allows using only one heat exchanger for heat removal.
