FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: according to the invention, the sensor for joint determination of content of water vapour and hydrogen sulphide in air has a dielectric substrate made from bismuth-containing glass, a gas-sensitive layer, electric contacts lying in depressions on the surface of the substrate, characterised by that the substrate is made from bismuth-containing glass of the following composition: bismuth (III) oxide 70%, molybdenum (VI) oxide 3-7%, germanium (IV) oxide 4-17%, boron (III) oxide 6-21%, and the gas-sensitive layer has two zones: a zone which is sensitive to water vapour and a zone which is sensitive to hydrogen sulphide. Disclosed also is a method of making said sensor.
