FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in gas-discharge reflector lamp containing the burner mounted on current leads in the bulb, the optic system forming the curve of optical efficiency is formed with light-reflecting screen installed between burner and surface of bulb, which is opposite to the emission outlet direction, and two mirrored segments of the same surface of the bulbs, which are located symmetrically relative to the screen and partially protruding beyond the surface of the bulb through which the emission is output. Distance between edges of mirror segments located on bulb surface opposite to direction of emission output is 70% to 100% of width of shade of light-reflecting screen on this surface; at that, emissivity of reflecting surface of the screen is not more than 0.25, and emissivity of opposite surface of the screen is not less than 0.6.
EFFECT: increasing service life of gas-discharge reflector lamps and reducing the cost of their operation.
