SUBSTANCE: invention relates to interface data processing means. Data is processed through a universal interface protocol stack, wherein a control plane application layer of the universal interface protocol stack comprises a base station subsystem application part (BSSAP) protocol layer and/or a radio access network application part (RANAP) protocol layer and a universal resource application platform (URAP) protocol layer; a URAP protocol layer. The application layer contains the BSSAP protocol layer and the RANAP protocol layer; the BSSAP protocol layer and the RANAP protocol layer are located in the same layer and adjacent to the URAP protocol layer; and the URAP protocol layer is connected to a control plane transmission layer of the universal interface protocol stack. When the application layer contains the BSSAP protocol layer or the RANAP protocol layer, the BSSAP protocol layer or the RANAP protocol layer is adjacent to the URAP protocol layer, and the URAP protocol layer is connected to the control plane transmission layer of the universal interface protocol stack.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of combined network bearers.
