SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a support for rest, which supports body parts of a resting human being in a sitting position, inclined forward. The support for rest is arranged with the possibility to hold the body parts of the resting human being in the sitting position, inclined forward, comprising a support section, including the main support section for direct support of the upper body part and the human head, and facilities to set position and support the section above the human being knees, comprising legs passing down from the support section. During operation the main support section passes bottom-up at the angle from the lower section designed to support the upper body part to the upper section designed to support the head. The legs include a back leg near the lower section of the support section and the front leg near the upper section of the support section. The back leg is arranged with the possibility of installation on the seat, in which the human being is sitting. The front leg is arranged with the possibility of installation on the floor under the seat. The legs are arranged with the possibility of displacement relative to the section with provision of the possibility to fold this section with legs into the flat condition, when unused.

EFFECT: development of light-weight and stable support for rest, which may be carried during travel and used without any difficulties.
