SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology and can be used for treatment of benign lesions of cervix, including those complicated by nabothian cysts. For this purpose prepared is special suspension, consisting of one part of sterile powder of medical polymer-salt nanosized composite implantation collagen-containing material and two parts of two-percent lidocaine solution. After that, all affected in process of disease cervix surface is infiltrated with said special suspension until 0.5-1 mm thick continuous infiltration cushion is formed under affected by disease surface. In preferable version of invention, as medical polymer-salt nanosized composite implantation collagen-containing material, used is medical material "LitAr".

EFFECT: method makes it possible to simplify and make cheaper treatment of benign cervix lesions.
