FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to gynecology. Tissues of uterus neck affected by disease are removed by means of excision and sheet from collagen-containing material or biopolymer-containing material, for instance, LitAr, is applied onto the formed wound. From the sheet of said material by means of miniature scissors, by form of removed part of uterus neck, cut is prosthesis, which in form represents a cone, by means of pincers, without compressing prosthesis, it is placed in formed after operation on uterus neck wound, pincers are kept near prosthesis for 30-60 seconds until said prosthesis in wound region is soaked with wound discharge and effect of prosthesis adherence to wound is seen, after which pincers are carefully removed, prosthesis is left for the entire time of treatment until its resorption, after 20 minutes mirrors are removed, and without processing of the wound, operation is completed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve full recovery of structure and function of uterus neck and preserve woman's reproductive function after operation.
