FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and may be used for producing casting from rich alloy. Proposed device comprises mould made up of lined container and rod, mounting table with mould support and L-like post with spherical support for said rod. Said rod is made up of heat tube with heating and cooling zones. Rod heating zone diametre d1 and lining inner diametre d2 are interrelated by d1/d2=0.2-0.25. Pyrometre connected to ACS is used. Container is preheated, mounting table is rotated to cast metal into container. After rod heating zone reaches preset temperature controlled by pyrometre, rod cooling zone is subjected to forced cooling. Cured casting is removed from the mould, L-like post is withdrawn to remove rod from the casting.
EFFECT: higher process efficiency and casting strength.
