FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to method for obtaining patient data from a monitor defibrillator for use at a remote station. Monitor defibrillator and system for obtaining patient data from monitor defibrillator comprises an integrated telemedicine server, which includes: a patient monitoring module, configured to receive patient medical parameters in real time; a defibrillation module configured to allow the patient to defibrillate and/or stimulate the rhythm of the heart; a clinical processor configured to collect patient data from the patient monitoring module and the defibrillation module. Moreover, the clinical processor is further configured to perform safety-critical functions, including providing intensive care to the patient and/or tracking the patient, and non-critical security features, including a review of events and a retrospective analysis of the electronic patient care records (EPCR), in which additional security-critical functions are functionally located on one of the many sub-processors as an operating system that manages real-time data processing (RT OS). Also, the monitor defibrillator comprises a single-core processor having a number of safely separated sub-processors, where the clinical processor and the firewall module are functionally located, respectively, on one of a plurality of sub-processors; isolated memory configured to receive patient data from the clinical processor and store the received patient data in a file format that is readable by the software product, wherein the clinical processor is configured to anonymize patient data before storing it in memory, a communication interface that is read-only and is further configured to transmit patient data in a file format that is readable by the software product to a remote station; a firewall module located between the isolated memory and the communication interface and configured to allow read-only access through the communication interface to the clinical data of the patient in memory and with the ability to prevent the recording of any data received from the communication interface into an isolated memory; a single body containing the patient's current monitoring module, a defibrillation module, a clinical processor, isolated memory and a firewall module and a communication interface.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a facilitated exchange of information about a patient received by a medical device with external systems.
