FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: reactor with initial negative reactivity is controlled by changing the quantity of delayed neutrons by applying ionising action or super-strong magnetic field to the reactor core or circulating fuel at the input of the core, which leads to increase in probability of β-decay in delayed neutron emitter cores.
EFFECT: easy control of a reactor and higher safety of the reactor.
