SUBSTANCE: unit B determines the possibility to use ACK/NACK-resources within the framework of the previously specified first group of fixed size resources for ACK/NACK-transfer for non-permanently planned channels of data transfer, besides, ACK/NACK-resources are implicitly transformed into SCCH, carrying planning information on non-permanently planned data transfer channels, and the unit B dedicates ACK/NACK-resources within the framework of the previously determined second group of resources of adaptive size for ACK/NACK-transfer for permanently planned channels of data transfer, and sends information of resources indicator, which explicitly indicates dedicated ACK/NACK-resources, into at least one user equipment unit (UE).
