FIELD: wireless communication.

SUBSTANCE: base station (TRP) allocates a predetermined number of adjacent OFDM symbols for transmission of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH); allocates a time interval unit (TTI) containing a set of contiguous time intervals (sub-TTI) including a predetermined number of OFDM symbols. Each sub-TTI in the TTI is assigned an identifier (HARQ ID). Allocates a subset of contiguous sub-TTIs within the TTI for transmitting a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) to a user equipment (UE). Reserves a TTI for transmitting the PDSCH to the user device by transmitting to the user equipment PDCCH, in which downlink control information (DCI) is carried, including information allowing to determine identifiers of all sub-TTIs in the TTI; and transmits PDSCH to user equipment in said sub-TTI.

EFFECT: providing lower buffering requirements at the base station when scheduling downlink transmission with aggregation of time domain resources and easier preparation of downlink control information DCI, as well as reduced delay by enabling downlink transmission of new data using time resources not used for scheduled downlink data transmission until completion of the aggregated unit of time intervals TTI.
