SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Described is immunotherapeutic or preventive vaccine, applied in/against viral infectious disease or cancer, which contains pharmaceutically efficient number of B-cells, selected from group, consisting of B-cells, obtained by loading them with ligand of T-cells-natural killers and sensibilising antigen, and B-cells, obtained by loading them with ligand of T-cells-natural killers and transfer of gene, coding peptide antigen or protein antigen, by which B-cells express antigen, and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Claimed is method of inducing cytotoxic response in patient, who needs treatment, which includes introduction of described vaccine to patient.

EFFECT: invention extends arsenal of means of immunotherapy or prevention of viral infectious disease, bacterial infectious disease or cancer.
