SUBSTANCE: essence of invention includes method of patient's immunisation, which includes introduction of multiple of conjugates of meningococcal capsular saccharides, each conjugate containing as carrier-protein tetanus toxoid and capsular saccharide, with patient being preliminarily immunised with tetanus toxoid and/or conjugate of capsular saccaride of microorganism, different from N. meningitides and tetanus toxoid.

EFFECT: providing protection against meningococcal infections, which cause meningitis.
