FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: building frame structure is formed with a pile footing and bearing cantilever structures. Standing piles are placed into hollow pipes installed in the upper weak water-saturated ground base, and the space between the outer surface of the standing piles and inner surface of hollow pipes is sealed with compensators, at the same time the standing piles with their lower ends rest against the underlying layer of the ground base with high physical and mechanical properties.
EFFECT: higher bearing capacity and reliability, reduced effect of the base deformability and settling at the neighbouring buildings, reduced labour expenditures in construction.
