FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in a microstrip load, comprising a dielectric substrate, a strip conductor and a metallised base, the strip conductor is made as a sequence of joined absorbing elements, every of which comprises four absorbing films with identical area. Two of the absorbing films are serially connected to each other, have the same surface resistance, which increases from the inlet of the microstrip load to its open or short-circuited end. Two other absorbing films are arranged perpendicularly to the first ones, are connected to each other and to the metallised base, have the same surface resistance, which reduces from the inlet of the microstrip load to its open or short-circuited end.

EFFECT: expansion of working frequencies band and reduced value of standing wave coefficient.
