FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. According to the proposed method for production of dry soya milk one prepares a suspension containing bean meal produced by way of beans dry milling. The suspension or okara separated from this suspension is subjected to direct high temperature treatment using vapour, heating temperature being 120°C or more. Also one proposes a beverage or food product production method, a fermented soya milk production method, a soya flour milling method.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to produce soya milk characterised by non-rough texture, low viscosity and refreshing sensation when consumed.
