SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a carbonated beverage and to its preparation method. The beverage includes soya flour and/or soya milk, the beverage pH being no less than 5.7, while the content of soya bean dry substance in the beverage makes 5-30 wt %. The beverage may include a saccharine, the beverage viscosity at 20°C being no less than 1000 mPa, Brix indicator equal to 4-23. The beverage has a stable appearance (without soya ingredient coagulation) during 90 days.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a carbonated beverage with the refreshing taste and aroma of carbonic acid combined with the nutrients and the pleasant taste and aroma of soya beans.
