FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and can be used in rehabilitation of patients to eliminate gingival recession on upper and lower jaws and enlarged area of attached keratinized gum around teeth and implants. Receiving bed is formed by carrying out a horizontal incision of soft tissues on the base of the interdental gingiva and vertical incisions of soft tissues from the ends of the horizontal incision within the teeth with the gum recession. Mucoperiosteal flap is peeled from the vestibular side of the tooth-alveolar process, placed into the neck area of the connective-tissue autograft taken in the area of the solid palate in a projection of the premolars and molars. Coronary-periosteal graft is displaced and covered with connective-tissue autograft with fixation of mucoperiosteal flap to interdental gum. In addition, enamel is used for enamel of the vestibular surface of the middle of the crown part of teeth with orthophosphoric acid gel with successive application of the light curable adhesive on the given area with its further polymerisation and the light curable fluid composite, its polymerisation and additional application of light curable fluid composite on external surface of mucoperiosteal flap near its base, in the area of teeth root projection and prolonging application of light curable fluid composite to middle of vestibular surface of crown part of teeth, it is joined to the base of the mucoperiosteal flap with subsequent polymerisation of the additionally applied light-curable fluid composite and removal of the carcass produced therefrom in 5–7 days.

EFFECT: method allows increasing functional effect, mainly in patients with gum recession with shallow approach to teeth and implants.
