FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas turbine engine part cooling. Said part has holes comprising first section 110 E terminating at part wall outer surface 117 ext and second section 110 T terminating at wall inner surface 171 int. Said part if produced by investment casting. Recesses are made in casting patter that correspond to first sections 110 E of part holes. Second section of holes jointing first section bottom with part wall inner surface is produced in cast part by, for example, laser beam. Cooling air release holes are made without sharp ribs that cause strains in part and fractures.
EFFECT: higher quality and simplified procedure.
