FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to production of vessel and device to this end. Proposed method comprises sealing vessel bore and producing, at least, one bore in wall by drilling or punching. Bore completed, working medium is fed into space between outer vessel an inner vessel. Drill bit or puncher is stopped when first preset threshold pressure is reached inside inner vessel. Feed of working medium is stopped when second preset threshold pressure is reached in inner vessel. Pressure removed from space between outer and inner vessels, working medium is fed into inner vessel via vessel bore to make outer vessel, parted from vessel wall, abut it again. Proposed device comprises vessel receiver, device to insert vessel with article clamps, two drilling appliances with drill bits with channels communicated with compressed air source and device to check volume and tightness.

EFFECT: uniform controlled separation of inner vessel from outer vessel, reliable abutting between said vessels.
