FIELD: container making.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a method for manufacturing a container consisting of a generally rigid outer container and an easily deformable inner package made of thermoplastics that do not form a welded joint and having an outlet and at least one side hole in the wall of the outer container, through which pressure equalization occurs in the intermediate the space between the inner package and the outer container by co-extrusion of a preform consisting of at least two layers and its positioning between the open halves of the inflatable mould, which is closed when the preform has the length necessary for the manufacture of the container. The excess material is squeezed in the bottom part of the manufactured container with formation of a seam obtained by pressure welding, having a protrusion from the welded material of the outer container, in said protrusion the bottom weld of the inner package is clamped and held in the axial direction. Next, the preform is inflated by supplying a pressurized medium to fit against the wall of the blown mould and removed from the mould. According to the method, a section of the bottom protrusion of the outer container is removed, as a result of which the section of the bottom seam of the inner package is exposed from the outside. The exposed area of the bottom seam of the inner package is lifted inside the outer container, as a result of which an opening is formed between the bottom seam of the inner bag and the outer container. A pressurized medium is introduced into said opening, as a result of which the inner package is separated on both sides from the outer container. A pressurized medium is fed into the outlet of the container, as a result of which the inner package returns again to its position against the outer container. The invention is also related to a device for carrying out said method.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to more evenly separate the inner package from the outer container and return it again to the position of contact with the outer container.
