FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method of making catalytic material for a fuel cell involves simultaneous deposition of graphite and platinum onto a substrate, removing the obtained composite layer from the substrate in form of powder, mixing said powder with carbon nanotubes in weight ratio 1:(1-2), adding isopropanol to the obtained solid mixture in amount of 0.1-0.3 ml per 1 mg of the solid mixture and nafion in amount of 1 mg per 2.3-4.0 mg of the solid mixture and homogenisation of the obtained catalytic material in an ultrasonic bath.
EFFECT: high efficiency of catalysis in a catalytic layer and high specific power of the fuel cell.
