SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method for making catalytic layer of fuel cell. According to the invention, method for making catalytic layer of fuel cell consists in magnetron deposition of platinum and carbon simultaneously on a substrate. Prepared nanocomposite amorphous carbon and platinum layer is impregnated with silicophosphate sol and thereafter dried of prepared porous gel layer.
EFFECT: ensured high proton conductivity and gas permeability of catalytic layer of fuel cell, high specific capacity of fuel cell.
