FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier includes input differential cascade (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs connected to inputs of the appropriate first (4) and second (5) current mirrors (CM), matched with the first (6) power source (PS), the first (7) load bipole (LB) the first output of which is connected to the first output of device and output of the first (4) CM, the second (8) LB the first output of which is connected to output of the second (5) CM and the second output of device, and the second PS (9). To the diagram there introduced is the first (10) and the second (11) additional transistors (T) the bases of which are connected to potential bias voltage source (12), collector of the first (10) additional T is connected to input of the second (5) CM, collector of the second (11) additional T is connected to input of the first (4) CM, emitter of the first (10) additional T is connected to the second output of the first (7) LB and through the first (13) additional resistor to the second (9) PS; emitter of the second (11) additional T is connected to the second output of the second (8) LB, and through the second (14) additional resistor to the second (9) PS.
EFFECT: increasing limit values of amplification coefficient as to voltage Ka at low-voltage power supply of DA.
