SUBSTANCE: device to detect upperlink transfer parameters includes a receiving module, which receives a channel quality indicator from a mobile station; a storage module, which stores compliance between the channel quality indicator, a modulation circuit and a speed of channel coding for an up-link and one or both of transfer capacity and bandwidth of the mobile station transfer; a module of identification, which identifies a set of transfer parameters based on the specified compliance; and a transfer module, which transfers a set of transfer parameters to the mobile station.

EFFECT: development of device and method to detect transfer parameters complying with the quality of radio communication up-link.
