FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of ophthalmological lenses based on silicon organic polymer hydro gel. Proposed method comprises hardening reaction mix containing silicon organic component in injection mould, bringing lens and mould in contact with water solution at 99°C for less than 1 h and, not obligatory, further lens processing. Note here that further lens processing, if made, is performed by water solutions for, at least, 6 hours. Note also that reaction mix is, notable, free of water soluble components or their admixtures, their holding time with respect to TRIS makes less than 0.9 for lens production.
EFFECT: lenses causing no discomfort for eyes.
