FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a stiff filter for capsules suitable for extraction of drinks, in particular, espresso coffee. A stiff filter for capsules suitable for extraction of drinks, comprising a substantially flat body, having multiple through filtering holes, which have such a size that solid particles are prevented, and a boiled liquid or drink is let through. Holes have a substantially symmetric shape relative to the middle plane of the flat body, so that the filter may be inserted into a capsule, without concern about alignment of such holes relative to a powdery substance inside a capsule. Holes are shaped as a double truncated cone, besides, the diametre of each hole in its central part is narrower compared to the cross section diametre in the surface areas of the flat body, so that the transverse section of each hole symmetrically expands from the central area to the surface area. The angle of expansion from the central area to any of the surface areas in each hole makes from 1° to 30°, and the diametre of the central area of the hole makes from 0.1mm to 1.0 mm.
EFFECT: development of a filter making it possible to substantially reduce time and costs for production of a specified capsule, and also makes it possible to quickly and simply install and fix a capsule inside a filter and to ensure good filtration even when there are combs on a capsule bottom, where a filter is laid.
