FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises preparing liquid-viscous powderlike components, measuring them out to mixer, and mixing components. Preparation of liquid-viscous powderlike components includes preliminarily mixing high-molecular weight polymer binder with plasticizer at ratio between 30:70 and 40:60 and temperature 65-85°C for 40-60 h. After that, the rest of plasticizer is added and mixing is continued at 60-75°C for 3-9 h. Mixing is effected under inert gas supply conditions at pressure 0.05-0.5 kg/cm2 and absolute mass portion of water not larger than 0.8 g/cm3.
EFFECT: intensified plasticizing process, improved mixing quality and vitality of blasting composition.
