SUBSTANCE: server of a switching centre of a mobile communications service (MSC) with realisation of route selection function, includes a module of call control, a routing module and a memory module, besides, the module of call control is used to receive a call from a gateway GW of an incoming side and to control a network gateway (MGW) on the way of this signal for its transfer in compliance with this information; the routing module is used to calculate a parameter of workload extent of each route according to parameters established by a network administrator, number of resource configurations and volume of resource occupation; to select a least occupied route as a transfer route and to send information on a transfer route to the call control module; a memory module is used to store parameters of route configuration.
